DZL/SZL series Biomass Steam Boiler

Corner tuber boiler is a high quality, efficient, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly technology introduced into China by the former Shanghai Sifang Boiler Factory in 1985 from the Danish company Vølund. It is widely & successfully applied in the solid fuel boiler industry. Based on the summary of technical characteristics and combustion properties of existing gas boilers, integrating with mature corner tube boiler technology, we developed the new series of corner tube gas boilers.

Boiler body adopts full membrane wall structure and light insulation material, with less air leakage & low excess air coefficient， high boiler efficiency (1-2% higher than traditional products).¬__And furnace and convection heating surface are not easy to coke.
Boiler's heating surface has a reasonable structural layout, with convection heating surface not easy to accumulate dust. It can work continuously & stably for longer periods when compared to similar products;
Reasonable proportioned secondary air controls the furnace temperature, makes initial NOx emission concentration of the boiler lower.
With compact structure, small covering area，short installation period, quick and convenient installation, it has lower boiler room construction cost than traditional products.
